Kristen Despain is our Processing and Client Service Specialist and has been serving clients in the financial industry for the past five years.
Before joining Smart Financial, Kristen spent four years as a Consumer Loan Officer at Utah Community Credit Union (UCCU), where she enjoyed helping members navigate important financial decisions with confidence. Whether it was financing a vehicle, consolidating debt, or finding the right lending solution, she found the most rewarding part of her role was building relationships and making the lending process feel approachable and stress free.
Kristen is currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Aerospace Engineering. She has always had a genuine interest in personal finance and enjoys helping individuals and families prepare for retirement by utilizing the planning tools and resources Smart Financial has to offer.
Outside of the office, Kristen loves traveling the world during the summer and spending her winters on the slopes, making the most of every season.
